  • Why should I book using this website?

    By booking using this website you are dealing directly with Nebo Service Centre, which gives you more control over your booking.

  • What is your check-in procedure?

    Check-in time is at 2 PM while check-out time is at 10 AM. You may check in from 2 PM until 8:30 PM (Weekdays) & 8:00pm (Weekends) at the reception. Late check-in can be arranged if required.

  • Do you have parking?

    Yes, every room has a parking space. 

  • Are your rooms non-smoking?

    Yes, all premises at Nebo Service Centre are non-smoking.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    *For bookings made via phone or our website - 48-hour notice is required. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will be charged 1-night accommodation.


    * For bookings made via other websites (Booking.com, Expedia etc) Please refer to their cancellation policy. 


    *Group bookings require a 14-day notice for cancellations. Cancellation within 14 days will incur a loss of deposit.

  • Do you have a restaurant?

    Yes, We have the Bushman’s Bar & Grill located on site.

  • Is guest laundry available?

    Yes, washer and dryer are available in the Caravan Park located onsite. This is a free service for all guests.

  • How do I guarantee by booking?

    Credit card details are required to secure room booking.
